LEXINGTON - The Dawson County Register of Deeds has published the latest real estate transactions recorded between June 12 and June 19. The weekly list includes a mix of residential sales, vacant land transfers, and commercial property deals across the county.
Among the notable transactions, a three-bedroom home on Elm Street sold for $245,000, marking one of the higher residential sales in the period. Several parcels of agricultural land near the Platte River changed hands, with prices reflecting the ongoing demand for rural acreage in the region. A commercial lot on Highway 30 was also transferred, though the purchase price was not disclosed in the public filing.
The report shows steady activity in the local housing market, with most residential sales falling between $150,000 and $220,000. First-time buyers appeared to drive several purchases, particularly in the Lexington city limits. The Register of Deeds office noted that all transactions were properly recorded and taxes paid as of the filing dates.
For those tracking property values or considering a sale, the full list of transactions is available for review at the county courthouse during regular business hours. The next weekly update is expected to be released on June 26.
